Mosul victory, result of Shia, Sunni cooperation

Top Iranian official hailed the recapture of Mosul from Daesh terrorists as the result of cooperation between Shia and Sunni.

Hawzah News Agency - Ali Akbra Velayati, advisor of the Supreme Leader in the international affairs, attended the opening ceremony for 7th Islamic Film Market calling Shia and Sunni communities to cooperate in

promotion of Islam highlighting solidarity as the key to victory of Islam, Taqrib News Agency (TNA) reported Hawzah News as saying.
 
He lauded the recent liberation of Mosul by popular forces Hashd al Sha’bi and demanded for using the opportunity of Shia Sunni solidarity to settle the present situation in the region.
 
Advisor of the Supreme Leader called Tehran as the beginning point for the resistance which continues to Mosul, Damascus and Beirut and said,” Though the US is making a chaos its plots to isolate Islam were all

foiled.”
 
He stressed,” The US President should note that the people in the Middle East will not be dominated by foreign governments” and added,” US authorities are doomed to be isolated among the western countries,

members of the UNSC and Muslim countries and the world of Islam is not concerned over the vain threats by Donald Trump.”
 
“Americans were in the illusion to launch a representative, Daesh, in Iraq but the gallant Iraqi nation pushed them out of the country with disgrace” said Ali Akbar Velayati and noted that the terrorist groups will not

make any achievements in Yemen and Syria; therefore, in the light of unity and avoiding dispersion, the future belongs to Muslim world.”
 
Iranian elite concluded,” Muslims are equipped with capabilities and talents for resistance and hailed the growing chain of resistance.”

7th Islamic Film Market is held on the sideline of the ninth general assembly of Islamic Radio and Television Union (IRTVU) underway in Astan Quds Razavi, administrative organization of Imam Reza (AS) holy shrine.
