Grand Ayat. Noori hails Mosul liberation

The Shia source of emulation issued a congratulation message to Grand Ayatollah Sistani about Iraqis' victory in Mosul over ISIS (or Daesh) terrorists. "Preserving unity among popular Iraqi forces and adhering to Shia "sources of emulation paved the way for Iraqi forces to reach this great victory, he said.

To his eminence, Grand Ayatollah Sistani

Iraqi forces managed to eradicate ISIS takfiri terrorists from that holy land (Iraq) by having faith in Allah almighty and seeking recourse to holy infallibles (as), especially Imam al-Asr (as), as well as listening to your valuable guidelines as their source of emulation.

It goes without saying that preserving unity among popular Iraqi forces and adhering to Shia sources of emulation paved the way for Iraqi forces to reach this great victory.

I congratulate your eminence on this victory and pray to Allah almighty to bless you.
