Islamic advocacy group wants apology for Seattle school's 'inappropriate' remarks
A Seattle elementary school allegedly asked parents to consider allowing their children to eat on state testing days, which coincide with Ramadan. An Islamic civil liberties group says it's ''inappropriate'' for the district to suggest how families should celebrate the holiday. ''We encourage them to work with us on ensuring they respect and honor the religious practices of all of their students."
